(2)  Bless Adonai, O my (loved ones name) soul, and forget not all His benefits:  

(3)  He forgives all your (my, loved ones name) iniquity. He heals all your (my, loved ones name) diseases.  

(4)  He redeems your (my, loved ones name) life from the Pit. He crowns you (me, loved ones name) with lovingkindness and compassions.  

(5)  He satisfies your (my, loved ones name) years with good things, so that your (my, loved ones name) youth is renewed like an eagle.
